Originally from sunny Britain, I was exported to New York City full-time in 2011. I have accumulated 5 years of experience in the world of European and US advertising.
In London, I developed my abilities in direction, pre-viz design, motion capture, commercial photography, and video editing. A Masters degree built additional skills in 3D animation, CG product rendering, compositing, and programming, landing me a job at eyeball NYC in 2011.
I branched out my skill set, accumulating a healthy list of clients. My roles include lead web developer, director of animation, screen-tracking technician, CG artist, compositor, dynamics simulation programmer, pipeline technical director, lead toolkit engineer, drone operator for 3D photogrammetry, and visual effects supervisor.
As a generalist technical director, my greatest satisfaction comes when straddling the creative-technical border; using initiative to develop unique solutions and creating pragmatic tools for artists. I strive to discover new techniques to increase workflow productivity and push the boundaries of how digital media is experienced.
I love caffeine, problem-solving, digital tech, all things science, brightly-coloured socks, and extreme sports.

I believe elegant pipeline coding is an art form. Github link coming soon...
